PolyMerTec Symposium in Merseburg, 15-17th of June 2016

More than 300 million tons of plastics are produced annually. The majority of these are polymers such as polyethylene, PVC or PET, which belong to the most world’s most important materials. How powerful new polymers can be developed, how these materials can be made more reliable and meet the challenges presented by trends such as 3D printing and lighter weights all depends on research and industry.

From the 15th to the 17th of June (2016) the PolyMerTec symposium will be held in Merseburg, Germany, and will be attended by up to 300 international experts.

The main focuses will be:

  • Polymer Synthesis & Development of Plastics
  • Plastics Technology & Polymer Processing
  • Polymer Analytics, Plastics Testing & Polymer Diagnostics
  • Polymer Applications & Polymer Products
